本研究の目的は、レジリエント・ヘルスケアの概念と手法を用いて、保健医療現場の動的な日常における患者の転倒・転落を回避するレジリエントな実践を解明することである。2022年度に実施した研究の成果について、具体的内容としては、まず、①医療機関の事故報告書過去1年間に相当する成人・老年患者の転倒・転落事例を抽出し、転倒・転落の発生にかかるバリエーションの明確化、②バリエーションとして特徴的な事例選択、安全分析手法による予備的分析を行った。次に、当初計画では、本調査データ収集を行う予定であったが、COVID-19感染症による保健医療現場の日常が平時とは異なっており、保健医療を取り巻く情勢の見通しがもてないことから、データ収集の実施時期を後ろ倒しで調整することにした。そのうえで、日本国内および欧米における患者安全の動向を把握するために、日本国内の医療安全関連の学術集会に参加し、COVID-19感染症流行下における転倒・転落事故に関する最新知見の情報収集を行った。また、国外ではイギリスのNational Health ServiceにおけるPatient safetyに関する動向を把握するためにHSJ Patient Safety Congress 2022にオンデマンドで参加し患者安全の最新の捉え方や現象を分析する際の視点について情報収集を行った。上記の内容により、本研究課題の取組みがWithコロナの社会状況および患者安全のユニバーサルな視点を加味したものとなり、保健医療現場の動的な日常と患者の転倒・転落を回避するレジリエントな実践を理解する上での重要な基礎的知見が得られたと考える。

The purpose of this study is to clarify the concept and practice of health care in the daily life of patients. The results of the research conducted in 2022 include: (1) extraction of cases of adult and elderly patients falling due to accidents reported by medical institutions in the past year;(2) identification of cases of falling due to accidents;(3) selection of cases with characteristics of falling due to accidents; and (4) preparation of analysis on safety analysis methods. In addition, the original plan was reversed, and the implementation period of this investigation was adjusted. The daily life of the health care site in the case of COVID-19 infection was different. To grasp the trends of patient safety in Japan and Europe, to participate in academic conferences related to medical safety in Japan, and to collect the latest information on accidents caused by COVID-19 infection. HSJ Patient Safety Congress 2022- The content of the above note is based on the study of the important basic knowledge of social conditions and patient safety in daily life and patient safety in health care field.
