本研究の目的は、①父親における仕事と家庭でのストレスフルな生活状況、対処行動、支援ニーズを量的に明らかにする評価ツールの開発と②妊娠期から児誕生後1年までの父親のうつ症状とそれに関連する生活状況の同定、および必要な支援の考案であり、2022年度は昨年度に引き続き②を実施し、①に取りかかった。②妊娠末期から産後1年までの父親の産後うつ病の評価得点と関連要因について量的に追跡を継続しており、2023年3月までで約80名の父親から回答を得、データ収集を完了した。妊娠末期から産後1か月時の分析結果からワーク・ファミリー・コンフリクト（仕事と家庭との間の葛藤）が父親の産後1か月時のうつ得点に影響している可能性が見出された。現在、産後１年までのデータを含めデータセットを作成し、多変量解析を行う準備をしている。①上記より、父親にとっては仕事と家事・育児の両立からの産後うつ病への影響が大きいことが予測され、父親の育児経験を妊娠期から現在まで振り返ってインタビューする計画を作成した。研究者が所属する期間の倫理委員会の承認を得て（2022-1-442）、現在、リクルート・調査を継続中である。これまでのインタビューからは、家庭では自分が妻のためと思って行う育児が、妻に認められない／妻の期待とそぐわないことから精神的負担を感じており、仕事から家庭への問題だけではなく、家庭から仕事への問題の持ち込みもあることが推測される。
