文献検討，および母性看護学の専門家との意見交換から，質問紙の内容を以下とした．1回目：入院時(同意を得られたもの)，妊娠期快適性尺度(Prenatal Comfort Scal; PCS)(武石ら，2010)，2回目：入院より2～3週間後，1回目同様PCS，3回目：出産後～産褥5日以内，出産体験自己評価尺度(常盤ら，2000)，母親の愛着質問紙(Maternal Attachment Questionaire; MAQ)(中島，2002)，母親役割の自信尺度・母親であることの満足感尺(前原ら，2005)，4日目：1か月健診時，MAQ，母親役割の自信尺度・母親であることの満足感尺配付数は，本研究対象者を，分析において最低100 名以上確保したいこと，縦断的調査であることより初回対象者数の維持が難しく，最終的に30%程度の回収率となることを見込み500名程度に配布することを予定した.本研究は連結可能匿名化ではあるが，倫理的配慮により無記名自記式質問紙とし，質問紙のID 番号と連結表により研究者が管理することとした．同意を得られた対象者の診療録には目印を貼付した．質問紙は回答後，対象者により封筒に入れ封をしてもらい，所定の回収箱にて回収することとした．今後は，研究協力機関の倫理審査の承認を得，研究協力施設の病棟スタッフと協力体制を整え，本研究を行っていく．この質問紙と調査手順に基づき入院妊婦の快適性の変化，妊娠中の快適性と出産満足度・育児行動との関連を検証していくことが課題とされる．その結果を踏まえ、入院妊婦への看護介入の検討・評価、ローリスク妊婦と入院妊婦の快適性の比較などと研究を発展させていく．
