妊娠期は、Intimate Partner Violence（親密なパートナーからの暴力、以下、IPV）被害の契機や悪化につながりやすい。しかし、看護職に対するIPV教育は机上での知識教育に限られており、臨床現場でIPV被害妊婦への対応を実践するのは難しい。そこで、本研究は、助産師が主体的に得たIPV被害妊婦に対する初期対応の知識を臨床実践に活かせる教育プログラムを開発し、その効果を検証することである。令和3年度は、豪州で教育効果が保証されているIPVに関連する専門職者への教育プログラム（ANEW）を基盤としたオンライン教育プログラムを開発し、勤務助産師を対象に介入研究を行った。その結果、カークパトリックの4段階モデル（Kirkpatrick, 1959）のレベル1（反応：アンケートによる受講者の満足度評価）、レベル2（学習：受講者の学習目標到達度の評価）において一定の効果を認めることができた。令和4年度は、カークパトリックモデルのレベル3（行動：受講者の行動変容の評価）に関する評価を行うことを目的として、前年の教育プログラムに参加した受講者に対し、プログラム参加後約1年での臨床現場における自身の行動変容・プログラムの有効性に関するインタビュー調査を実施した。その結果、明確となった教育プログラムの課題を踏まえ、現在、プログラムの再設計・再開発を実施している。今後は、勤務助産師を対象にBefore and Study（前後比較試験）による対照研究デザインにより改良したプログラムを実施し、その効果を検証する予定である。
