2022年度は質問紙調査とデータ分析を行った。調査票には、Stammらの日本語版Pro-QOL（30項目：二次的外傷性ストレス、バーンアウト、共感満足）を、代理受傷に関する尺度は、VrklevskiのVicarious Trauma尺度（8項目）、日本語版出来事インパクト尺度（23項目）、K６（6項目）と対象者の属性を尋ねる項目を含んだ。Vicarious Trauma尺度については信頼性の検証のため、再テストを実施した。再テストには、Vicarious Trauma尺度８項目と、支援における困難に関する自由記載の項目が含まれた。本調査として全国の性暴力被害者のためのワンストップ支援センターに88通の自記式質問紙を発送した。2021年度の472通と合わせ、計560通の自記式質問紙を郵送し、266通の回答が得られた。そのうち、再調査として、200名に再調査質問紙を発送し、115通の回答が得られた。本調査の回答者には、研究参加の謝礼として1000円分のギフトカードを進呈した。以上の調査より、主に３つの側面についてデータ分析を実施した。１つめは、支援者の二次受傷に関わる仮説モデルを立案し、パス解析でモデルの適合を検証した。２つめはPro-QOLの３つの各下位因子を従属変数とした重回帰分析を行い、関連する要因を検討した。３つめは、日本語版Vicarious Trauma尺度について妥当性と信頼性の検証を行った。COSMINチェックリストを用い、妥当性については内容妥当性、確認的因子分析による構造的妥当性、仮説検証を行った。内的一貫性はクロンバックαの算出を行い、信頼性については本調査と再調査の級内相関係数を算出して検討した。
