项目摘要

2022年度は、2021年度に実施したインタビューを分析・考察した。結果は、研究参加者は10名で、20歳代6名、30歳代4名、パートナーと同居している人は4名であった。就労時間は平均10.2時間/日であり、睡眠は平均7.2時間であった。運動習慣があったのは6名で、喫煙習慣があるのは1名のみであった。食事について、たんぱく質や野菜を意識して摂ろうとしていたが、自炊せずに外食や出来合いの総菜で対応する人が多かった。パートナーと同居している人は、食事内容にパートナーの影響を強く受けていた。男性は結婚や出産というライフイベントが迫っていなければ、自身の妊孕性を意識しにくいことが明らかになった。この結果は、26th East Asian Forum of Nursing Scholars（2023年3月10日-11日開催）においてポスター発表を行った。今後、論文化を進めていく。プレコンセプション啓発プログラムの内容や方法、今後の方向性を検討するため、2023年1月24日に有識者2名との検討会議を実施した。有識者は、男性不妊を専門とする泌尿器科医師とスポーツ栄養学を専門とする教授であった。会議の結果、妊孕性の知識と生活習慣の啓発をテーマとして、アウトカムは、知識の正答率や生活習慣に関する意識の変化を見ることとする。研究協力施設として、一般企業にリクルートを行っていく。プログラムはエビデンスに基づいて作成する必要があるため、海外文献を中心に、再度、文献検討を行った。男性不妊の治療経験がある男性に対するインタビューは、まだ実施できていない。
