プレコンセプションケアのうち、行動的リスク（肥満又は過度の痩せ、葉酸非摂取、喫煙、受動喫煙、性感染症及び感染症への非警戒、風疹などのワクチン非接種等）に対して行動変容を目的とした、性成熟期にある女性へのアクセスしやすい教育プログラムが必要とされている。わずかにある類似の先行研究では、情報提供のみのプログラムでは行動変容に関して十分に有効な結果を得られていない。このため本課題研究では、すでに行動変容に有効とされるMotivationalInterviewingの方法を内容の全体構造に反映させた教育プログラムを作成し、行動変容の有無を主要評価指標としてランダム化比較試験（パイロット研究）で有効性を評価する。その結果より行動的リスクの行動変容にどのような因子が有効か検証し、プログラムを修正、精緻化することを通して行動的リスクに関するアプリケーションを用いた教育プログラムを開発する。２年目である本年度は、1年目に調査した欧米を中心としたアプリ及びオンライン上での教育プログラム先行例の情報に基づいて、プログラムの下案を作成した。平行してアプリ会社と協議を行ったが、協力予定であった政令指定都市の担当者が変更となり、2つあったスキームのうち１つに焦点化してすすめていくこととなった。課題のいくつかは、まだ未解決のままである。
