地域密着型サービスでの看取りの学習会を実施するに当たり、これまでの調査研究の結果を踏まえ、介護事業所での看取りであっても緩和の技術が必要だとする家族や専門職の意見、看取りの件数が多い事業所の看護職の職務満足度が低い現状の詳細な調査、コロナ禍でも持続可能な教育研修プログラムの検討を本研究の課題として取り組んでいる。2021年度に介護老人保健施設1事業所の職員を対象に、レクチャーにがん看護専門看護師による「疼痛緩和や症状緩和のポイントと介護事業所への期待」をプログラムに入れてオンラインで実施し、研修の効果を測る複数の指標と職務満足度を測る指標による評価を試みた。2022年度は、2021年度で得たデータを分析し、第46回日本死の臨床研究会年次大会（2022年11月26日）で「介護老人保健施設における看取り教育研修プログラムの実践」をポスター発表するとともに論文投稿を試み、掲載が決定した。一方で、富山県グループホーム連絡協会主催の研修に取り上げてもらい、総勢40名の参加者を得て、オンラインで実施し、研修前、研修直後、研修3か月後のデータを得た。現在、得られたデータの入力を終え、プログラムのフォーカスグループディスカッションにおける発言内容を逐語に起こし、共同研究者間で分析中である。2022年度は多様な事業所から参加していることもあり、事業所の看取りの実情は様々で、データ分析に苦戦している。
