本年度は、終末期療養者への支援における訪問看護師と訪問介護員の連携・協働とその課題を明らかにし、今後の連携・協働について示唆を得ることを目的に、訪問看護師および訪問介護員への質的記述的研究を計画し、倫理審査を受け承認を得た。しかし、新型コロナウイルス感染症が地域の病院・施設で拡大し、在宅看護・介護の需要が増えている状況となったため、対象者の負担を考えインタビュー調査の実施は見合わせた。感染が落ち着き次第、インタビュー調査を実施するため、依頼文書の送付、日程打合せまで実施した。また、次年度調査Ⅱ（量的調査）の実施に向けて分析方法を検討した。

This year, the research plan for the qualitative description of the support for terminally ill patients by visiting caregivers and visiting caregivers and the recognition of ethical review were approved.
