项目摘要

本研究の目的は、腎臓リハビリテーションのコア・コンピテンシーを解明したうえで、オンラインを用いた持続可能な教材を作成し、その教育効果を検討することで腎臓リハビリテーションの標準的で効果的な教育ストラテジーを構築することである。2022年度では、前年度にデータ収集まで終了していた腎臓リハビリテーションのコア・コンピテンシーに関するアンケート結果を解析・論文化し、医学雑誌に採択・掲載された。また、腎臓リハビリテーションに関する教材については、オンラインで視聴可能なオンデマンド動画を作成することとした。動画については、腎臓リハビリテーションを自施設でこれから開始しようとしている医療職が利用できるようなさまざまなコンテンツを選定し、その分野で専門的に活動している職種が作成するという構想を明確化した。2022年度末の時点では、動画作成に着手し始めたところである。上記活動と並行して、腎臓リハビリテーションの教育にかかわる講演（学会、講習会）や総説論文の執筆を実施した。講演では、看護師、理学療法士、および栄養士を中心に、腎臓リハビリテーションにかかわる複数の医療職に対して、慢性腎臓病患者の身体機能の特徴や各種評価法ならびに運動療法の実施方法について具体的に伝達した。総説論文では、腎臓リハビリテーションにかかわる多職種が腎臓リハビリテーションを新規立ち上げする際の具体的方法や創意工夫について執筆した。
