令和４年度では、昨年度から引き続き、武道の稽古の要とも言える「型」に注目し、その実践的教範とも言える「型」の指導-学習法としての実態と、それを身につける上で特に重要と思われる「模倣」と「反復」といった練習法に焦点を当てた分析を行った。これまでの相互行為論的アプローチを優先するスタイルから、身体教育学や武道論などの分野における先行研究の成果にも重きを置き、データを用いた実証的な分析と記述を理論的に裏付ける作業にも力を入れた。その結果、従来の関連研究においては、「型」が熟練者の視点から分析され、その身体技術の向上に理想的な性質が説得的に記述されているが、本事業における指導-学習場面の相互行為分析が示唆するものは、そうした「型」が未だ活性化されていない「学びの途中」における指導者、学習者の試行錯誤の様相であるという違いがあることが明らかとなった。この違いにこそ、本事業の試みの意義を改めて確認できたことが令和４年度の大きな成果の一つと言える。令和5年7月に開催予定の国際語用論学会に「型」「模倣」「反復」をキーワードとしたパネルセッションを企画し採択された。本パネルにおいては、本事業の研究代表者と分担者による武道研究のみならず、茶道、漫才、陶芸といった他の芸道データを用いた研究の成果も取り入れ、発表者間での情報共有を進めてきた。他にもデータ間での比較対照による研究成果も少しづつ上がっており、研究代表者が持つ理容室データと空手データとの対照研究も試みた。令和４年度における研究代表者、分担者の研究活動を通して、他の芸道分野を対象とする相互行為分析研究との交流を図り、来年度以降の活動だけでなく、その先の本事業の後継事業に向けて、研究の射程を広げる足掛かりを築くことができた。
