本研究の主要な研究目的は、大学授業における社会人基礎力の向上を促すリフレクションツールの開発と、その効果の検証である。2021年度は大学体育授業を念頭に、社会人基礎力の3つの能力、すなわち前に踏み出す力（アクション）、考え抜く力（シンキング）、チームで働く力（チームワーク）の向上を促すリフレクションツールとしてルーブリックを採用し、社会人基礎力ルーブリックの作成を行った。同ルーブリックの効果の検証のため、2022年度に予備介入調査を実施する予定であったが、COVID-19の影響により、対象授業が授業形態変更等の影響を受けたことなどから、同年度中の実施を見送ることとした。一方、文献研究や関連学会等における意見交換などを通して、大学体育授業に限らず大学の多様な授業において使用可能な、また特定大学向けではなく多くの大学で使用可能な、より汎用性の高い社会人基礎力ルーブリックを作成する必要性を認識することとなり、この観点からルーブリックの再検討を行った。その結果、社会人基礎力の能力要素（主体性、働きかけ力、実行力、課題発見力、計画力、創造力、発信力、傾聴力、柔軟性、状況把握力、規律性、ストレスコントロール力）を反映する12の項目について、5つの評価尺度で評価可能なルーブリックを作成するに至った。このルーブリックは、社会人基礎力をスマートフォン等を用いて短時間（数分）で極めて簡便にチェックすることが可能となっている。次年次以降、効果の検証を行っていく予定であり、そのための調査準備を行った。

The main purpose of this study is to promote the development of university teaching and social basic forces, and to prove the results. In 2022, we prepared intervention surveys to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the teaching process. The results and the ability elements of social basic forces (subjectivity, intelligence, implementation, project development, planning, creativity, credibility, inclination, flexibility, situation control, regularity, and self-improvement) reflect the 12 items in the project, 5 items in the evaluation scale, and 5 items in the evaluation of the possibility of creating a project. The basic force of social people is very simple and easy to use in a short time (minutes). The next year, the investigation of the results was carried out in a predetermined manner.
