项目摘要

本研究の目的は，ICTと個別経験データを活用した学習者のセルフメイド型運動指導法の開発および効果検証を行うことである．学習者個々人に合った運動技能を身に付けさせることを可能にするため，環境と学習者個人の相互作用の中で発生する体験（感覚）そのものを効果的に積み重ねることによって，セルフメイドで運動技能を習得させる方法として，感覚経験型指導法を考案し，その学習効果について検討を行ってきた（松浦ほか, 2017; 2018; 2022）．バランス課題を用いて，教本などに基づき理想的な正解やコツを教える一般的な指導法と学習成果を比較した結果，感覚経験型指導法では，バランスの復元能力がより高まること，また，新規の課題への応用力が高いことを明らかにすることができた（Matsuura et. al., 2023）．これらの成果を踏まえ，より個別最適化された学びの提供に繋げていくために，感覚経験型指導法がどのような学習者，学習段階に適しているのかを明らかにすることとした．そこで，感覚経験型指導法と教本などに基づく一般的な指導法をICT教材としてアプリケーション化し，学習者の特性，内省，学習プロセス等を記録できるようにしたものを昨年度開発した．今年度は，高校および大学の器械運動の授業において，開発したアプリケーションを用いて器械運動の授業において授業実践を行った．現在は，そのデータを分析中であるが，学習者の特性と実際にどのように学習に取り組んだのかという学習プロセスの関係性に関する新たな知見が得られ，この成果は令和5年度の学会で発表予定である．
