项目摘要

学校教育現場における非認知スキルの育成は，健やかな心身を保ち，豊かな生活を実現するための根幹となる．特に，チャレンジ活動や共同学習活動など生徒の主体性を重視した活動が豊富な体育授業では，非認知スキルを育むことができる授業展開を解明することが強く求められる．しかし，体育授業には教授法や評価法，クラス志向の違いから熟達雰囲気や成績雰囲気のように様相の異なる動機づけ雰囲気（授業雰囲気）が存在する．そのため，どのような授業雰囲気が生徒の非認知スキルの育成に有効か厳密に検討することが急務である．本研究では，特に体育授業の専門性や独自性が高まり，非認知スキルの育成が求められる中学生を対象に，生徒の非認知スキルを育む体育授業における動機づけ雰囲気について実証的に検討することを目的とする．令和4年度は，昨年度に着手していた包括的非認知スキル測定評価尺度の完成を目指したが，尺度の十分な信頼性や妥当性が確保できず，項目内容に問題が確認されたため，先行研究を見直しながら，項目を再構成した．また同時並行で，予備的検討として，非認知スキルのあらゆる側面（例えば，社会的スキルやグリッドなど）と体育授業における動機づけ雰囲気との関係について，性差や学年差の特徴を解明するための基礎データの収集を行った．データ解析を行ったところ，体育授業における熟達雰囲気（努力に価値が置かれ，練習や技能習得のプロセスが重視される雰囲気）と協同雰囲気（仲間との協同体験に価値が置かれ，技能習得や他者比較（競争）よりも生徒間の相互作用が重視される雰囲気）が，グリッドや社会的スキルに正の関係を示すことが確認された．次年度は，再構成した項目内容を用いながら，縦断研究に着手する．また前年度に引き続き横断研究として体育授業における動機づけ雰囲気と非認知スキルの関係に単元種目間の特徴があるか否かについて解明することを目指す．

At the same time, the prepared discussion, the non-cognitive background (e.g., the social background), the motivation of sports teaching, the relationship between sports teaching, the characteristics of gender difference and academic year difference, and the analysis of the basic set of activities. The analysis shows that physical education teaching is a process of maturity and synergy, and that social interaction is a process of positive relationship. The next year, the project content was reorganized, and the research was started. A cross-sectional study of the past year has been conducted on the motivation of physical education teaching, the relationship between non-cognitive factors and the characteristics of individual species.
