本研究全体の目的は，インドネシアの噴火災害発生地域在住の小学生を対象に，今後再び発生が予想される噴火による災害，および，COVID-19のような感染症の流行というダブルハザードリスクに対して，事前に獲得しておくことが期待される心理社会的および身体的準備性（心身準備性：psycho-social and physical preparedness）の内容を明らかにした上で，それらの獲得を規定している要因を解明すること，および，この心身準備性が身につけられるような体育授業プログラムを構築し，小学校の体育授業で試行し，その有効性を検証することである。この目的を達成するために，まずは，噴火被災地での体育・スポーツを通した心理社会的教育にかかる先行研究の成果を参考にして，対象ダブルハザードの一方である「噴火災害」に対する心身準備性を測定するための尺度を作成した。この尺度は，社会的準備，心理的準備，身体的準備，スピリチュアル的準備の4因子各10項目で構成されている。続いて，この尺度を，対象ダブルハザードのもう一方である「感染症の流行」に対する心身準備性の測定に用いることができるかどうかを検討するために，関係者（研究者，学校教員，NGOスタッフ等）へのインタビュー調査計画を立案した（令和5年度に実施予定）。また，体育授業プログラムを検討する際の参考にするために，インドネシア語で発刊されていた「Pendidikan Jasmani dan Olahraga Untuk Keisiapsiagaan（準備性のための体育・スポーツ）」という書籍の翻訳を進めた。本書は，インドネシアの子どもたちの災害に対する準備性を高めるために，体育・スポーツがどのように貢献できるか，あるいは，どのような運動・スポーツ活動が有効であるかを具体的に示しており，本研究において，非常に重要な資料となるものである。翻訳は，令和4年度中には完了しなかったため，令和5年度も，引き続き作業を進める予定としている。

The overall objective of this study is to anticipate future outbreaks of fire-related disasters in the primary school population and to anticipate future outbreaks of COVID-19 and other infectious disease epidemics in order to obtain psychosocial and physical preparedness in advance. Psycho-social and physical preparedness (psycho-social and physical preparedness) is the content of physical education, physical education and physical education in primary schools. The goal is to establish a scale for the assessment of psychosocial readiness in the fire-affected areas. Social preparation, psychological preparation, physical preparation, four factors of preparation, 10 items each, are composed. However, with this scale, the use of physical and mental readiness measurements in the "epidemic of infectious diseases" on the part of the target group will be discussed, and an Internet research plan for stakeholders (researchers, school teachers, NGO staff, etc.) will be launched (to be implemented in the fifth year of the decree). In addition, the reference of sports teaching is discussed in the article "Pendikan Jasmani dan Olahraga Untuk Keisiapagaan (Preparation for Sports)" and the book is translated into Chinese. This book is about the preparation of disaster response, sports, activities, specific information, and very important data for this study.
