本研究は、社会情動的スキルの形成をねらいとした発育・発達支援方略の開発において、2つの手引を作成することを目的としている。1つ目は、運動（集団）遊びの実践手引の作成である。これは、子どもが遊びに夢中になれる環境を創出するために、児童館職員や放課後児童支援員のような子どもの遊びを支援する者が有効活用できるツールを指す。具体的には、①子どもの遊びが停滞（マンネリ化）していない状況、②子ども自らが自由に遊びを創意工夫できる状況、③人数・学年・性別を越えて誰とでも楽しく遊びが実践できる状況を理想形態とし、そのような状況を創出するために必要なファシリテーションスキルが盛り込まれたものである。2つ目は、子どもが主体的に遊びを実践する中で起きる子どもの問題行動（不満な態度、喧嘩、他者への罵声、遊びの妨害、仲間外れ、単独行動など）へのファシリテーションスキル（支援アプローチ）に関する手引である。令和4年度上半期では，2つ目のファシリテーションスキルのための手引を作成するためのワークショップを2回開催した。参加者は、勤務歴10年以上の児童館職員（計12人）とし、児童館現場での遊びの実践中における具体的な問題行動の事例を列挙し、その事例に対する各職員のファシリテーション（支援アプローチ）を言語化した。その後、各職員から提示された支援アプローチの内容を、子どもとの関わり合いの段階を考慮して4つ局面に分類した。具体的には、第1局面が子どもとの接点を持つ段階、第2局面が子どもの気持ちを理解する段階、第3局面が子どもへ提案する段階、第4局面が子どもの行動変容を促す段階、の4局面である。また各局面の具体的な支援行動から、①対象者、②ねらいや意図、③態度・立場・役柄、④具体的な声掛け、⑤行為、5つの観点から整理した。現在、類型化したデータを元に、現場での使いやすい手引き（ツール）を作成中である。

This study aims at the development of support strategies for the development and development of social dynamics. 1. In the first half of 2014, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a report on the implementation of the plan. The participants listed the specific problems and actions of the children's hall staff (12 persons in total) with more than 10 years of service and the children's hall site tour and practice, and expressed their support for each staff member. After that, each staff member will be prompted to support the content of the report, the level of the report, and the classification of the report. The specific phase is the first phase, the second phase, the third phase, the fourth phase, and the fourth phase. Specific support actions for each situation,(1) target,(2) intention,(3) attitude, stance, management,(4) specific voice,(5) behavior,(5) point of view, and (6) organization. Now, the type is changed, and the scene is changed.
