项目摘要

新型コロナウィルス感染症による新しい生活様式が求められている。テレワークの推奨、ワーケーションや居住地の変更が行われ、仕事、生活の新たな形態が模索されている。そして、仕事と生活の統合であるワークライフインテグレーション（WLI）が注目されている。本研究はアウトドアスポーツ愛好者とそれを仕事とした人を対象としてWLIとウェルビーイングの関係を質と量の調査による混合分析から解明し、新しい生活様式における豊かな社会とスポーツライフ構築に貢献することを目的としている。実際には、アウトドアスポーツ愛好者とそれを仕事とした人を対象としてワークライフインテグレーション（WLI）と快楽・持続的ウェルビーイングの関係について、以下2つのテーマの解明を目的としている。テーマ①「仕事と生活（趣味：スポーツ・レジャー、コミュニティ、家庭）の統合とウェルビーイングの関係の質的分析」。アウトドアスポーツ愛好者とそれを仕事にした人を対象に、WLIとウェルビーイングの関係を半構造化面接調査による質的分析で解明する。テーマ②「SL-WLI尺度の開発とウェルビーイングの関係の量的分析」。質的分析結果を踏まえSL-WLI尺度の開発を行う。そして、SL-WLI尺度を用いてWLIとウェルビーイング（快楽的・持続的）との関係を構造方程式モデリングによる量的分析で解明する。令和3年度は、新型コロナ感染の影響がまだ残り、特に仕事にした人の調査においては、事業継続に支障を生じている場合や休止を余儀なくされている状況であった。令和4年度は、新型コロナの影響も少なくなり、移住した愛好者と仕事にしている人を対象に、インタビュー調査および参与観察を実施することができた。令和5年度は、インタビューの継続と量的調査の実施を行う。すでに計画が遅れていることから、令和6年度までの延長を申請する予定である。
