本研究の目的は、高齢者を対象に日常生活下での自覚症状記録（Ecological Momentary Assessmentによる肯定的気分や抑うつ気分などの記録）およびウェアラブル身体活動量計測（活動量、睡眠等）を行い、高齢者のwell-beingの低下・維持・向上に関わる心理、行動、社会的要因を同定することである。令和４年度は、昨年度の計測データの解析を進めるとともに、追跡調査を実施した。調査実施から３か月後、６か月後、12か月に抑うつ症状や不安、運動習慣、well-beingに関する質問紙調査を実施した。一方、昨年度の調査結果および関係者からの聞き取りから、地域やコミュニティーとのつながりがwell-beingの一つの要因である可能性が浮き彫りにされたことから、それを把握する質問紙の策定・作成を行った。また、次年度調査の準備としてフィールド整備等を行った。
