本研究課題では、抗がん剤投与に伴って生じる腎機能障害に対する静注マグネシウム製剤の有用性について検討している。令和4年度では、本研究課題に関連して、3種類の臨床研究を実施した。令和3年度に引き続き、食道がん術前・導入DCF療法に伴って、重度な腎機能障害を発現した症例を対象に、その症例の特徴と抗がん剤の治療効果への影響を把握することを目的に、後ろ向き観察研究を実施した。令和4年度でデータ収集が完了した。令和5年度中には、現在進行中のデータ解析も終了させて、得られた研究成果に関して、学会発表と論文発表を予定している。また令和5年度以降において、この研究から得られた結果をもとに、重度な腎機能障害を発現しやすい症例に対する静注マグネシウム製剤の有用性についても検討する予定である。令和3年度に引き続き、術前DCF療法を含む高用量シスプラチンを投与する食道がん症例を対象に、静注マグネシウム製剤による腎機能障害の予防効果を検討することを目的とした特定臨床研究を実施した。令和4年度では、新たに2例の患者登録を行い、試験治療を実施した。この研究の取り組みに関して、薬剤師主導の特定臨床研究によるエビデンス創出への挑戦と題し、令和4年度日本医療薬学会年会で発表した。その時の発表内容が、2022年12月と2023年1月の2回、薬事日報（医薬品産業総合紙）に掲載された。令和4年度では新たに、本研究課題の付随研究として、高用量シスプラチンを用いた頭頸部がん化学放射線療法症例を対象に、静注マグネシウム製剤の腎機能障害予防効果を検討する後ろ向き観察研究を計画・実施した。この研究より、当該症例における腎機能障害の発現に対して、静注マグネシウム製剤の投与が有用であることが判明したために、日本臨床腫瘍薬学会学術大会2023で発表した。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the usefulness of intravenous drug therapy for renal dysfunction. Three types of clinical studies were conducted in 2010 and 2014. In 2010 and 2013, we conducted a series of research on the development, characteristics and effects of DCF therapy on patients with severe renal impairment. In the fourth year, the collection was completed. In 2005, the company was founded in 1996, and the company is currently engaged in the research and development of new products. The results of this study, which was conducted in the first five years of this study, are as follows: (1) the occurrence of severe renal impairment;(2) the evaluation of the usefulness of the drug; The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of high-dose DCF therapy on the prevention of renal dysfunction in patients with esophageal and intravenous diseases. In 2004, two new patients were registered and the trial treatment was implemented. This research group is closely related to the development of specific clinical research led by pharmaceutical engineers, and the annual meeting of the Japanese Medical Association is scheduled to be held in 2004. The contents of the current report were published in December 2022 and January 2023 in the Journal of Pharmaceutical Affairs (Pharmaceutical Industry Comprehensive Paper). In 2010 and 2014, the study was conducted on the prevention of renal dysfunction with high dose chemotherapy in head and neck. This study was conducted to identify the efficacy of intravenous drug therapy in the development of renal dysfunction in patients with this disease, and was presented at the Academic Conference of the Japanese Society of Clinical Oncology in 2023.
