我々は2015年にJA静岡厚生連遠州病院の健康診断を受診された方で腎障害を有する患者や心血管イベントの既往のある患者（脳卒中、心筋梗塞）、肝疾患や悪性腫瘍の罹患あるいは既往のある患者は除外し、同意を得られた健常成人1300名に対して同意を得て血管脈波検査や高感度心筋トロポニンI濃度の測定を行い、動脈硬化と心筋障害との関連について検討を行った。さらに、本研究では2015年時と同一コホートのなかから2020年以降に再度健診を受診される者を対象として同意取得後に研究登録し、研究分担者、研究協力者とともに研究を進めて行く方針とした。2015年にJA静岡厚生連遠州病院の健診センターを受診され、高感度心筋トロポニンIを測定した約1300名のうち、2020年度に再び健診を受診した方は約700名であった。研究計画立案時には約7割に該当する900名を見込んでいたが、本年は新型コロナウイルス感染症流行の影響を受けて健診への参加を控える傾向があったと推測している。2020年度に健診に参加された703名を研究登録し、検体を回収することができた。2020年度に回収した703名の検体において高感度心筋トロポニン濃度測定を行ったところ、高感度心筋トロポニンI濃度の平均値は4.9pg/ml、高感度心筋トロポニンT濃度の平均値は7.5pg/mlであった。高感度心筋トロポニンI濃度と高感度心筋トロポニンT濃度はr=0.60 (P<0.0001)と有意な相関関係を示した。また、これら703名の2015年における高感度心筋トロポニンI濃度の平均値は3.8pg/mlであり、2020年には4.9pg/mlと若干増加傾向を認めるものの統計学的な有意差は見られなかった（P=0.26）。

In 2015, JA Shizuoka Housheng Lianyuan Hospital received a diagnosis of renal impairment, cardiovascular disease, and previous patients. 1300 healthy adults consented to vascular pulse examination, determination of high-sensitivity cardio I concentrations, and study of the relationship between atherosclerosis and cardiac disorders. In 2015, the patient was diagnosed again. In 2015, approximately 1300 patients were diagnosed at the Health Care Center of Shizuoka Housheng Lianyuan Hospital, and approximately 700 patients were diagnosed at the Health Care Center in 2020. About 700 people were enrolled in the study at the time of its inception, but the prevalence of new infections was affected by health care and participation in the study. In 2020, 703 people participated in the study and returned to the hospital. In 2020, 703 samples were collected and the average concentration of high-sensitive cardiac muscle I was 4.9pg/ml, and the average concentration of high-sensitive cardiac muscle T was 7.5pg/ml.
