本研究では，メラトニン/ラメルテオン投与により成人患者における術後睡眠障害が予防できるかどうかを検証する。第一段階として、メラトニン前投薬による術後覚醒時せん妄予防効果を検討する系統的レビュー・メタ解析を行った。研究チーム内で系統的レビューの手順に関する議論を繰り返し、研究計画書を作成した。研究計画はプロトコル論文として査読付き英文雑誌BMJ Open誌に受理・掲載された（Impact factor 3.0）。Tsukinaga A, Mihara T (corresponding author), et al. This study provides evidence for the prevention of postoperative sleep disorders in adult patients. The first stage is to analyze the pre-operation and post-operation wake-up information of the system. The research project was completed in the process of research and development. BMJ Open 2021;11:e047858. After the system's re-entry, re-entry and re-entry sleep barriers to prevent the effects of no re-entry. The confidence of this result is higher than that of GRADE Moderate.
