项目摘要

エビデンスと実際の診療との間に乖離があることをエビデンス－診療ギャップ（Evidence-Practice Gap：EPG）という。海外においてはEPGに関する研究が行われているが、日本における本格的な取り組みは少ない。EPGの発生要因としては歯科医師の個人的な要因のみならず医療制度をはじめとする国ごとに特有な要因もあることから、本研究では国内外の歯科医師を対象とした国際共同研究を実施する。本国際比較研究により各国に特徴的なEPG発生機序を明らかにし、さらにグローバルな視点からEPG改善方策を立案することを目的とする。本国際比較研究では、米国およびブラジルの研究者の協力のもと、インターネットを用いたオンラインウェブ質問票調査を２回実施する。第１回目のウェブ調査では、EPGの発生機序を検討し、第２回目のウェブ調査では、第１回目の調査結果を対象者へフィードバックすることで国際的な視点からEPGの改善方策を検討する。令和４年度（３年目)の研究実績の概要は以下の通りである。【EPG発生機序解明・国際比較・フィードバック資料（日本語版・外国語版）の作成】１）第１回目ウェブ質問票調査データの収集、集計、分析および国際比較の実施、２）調査参加国のEPG発生モデルの特徴分析およびEPG発生機序の解明、３）分析結果、国際比較結果、およびEPGの発生機序をまとめたフィードバック資料（日本語版・外国語版）の作成、４）第2回ウェブ調査システムの開発：フィードバック資料をオンラインウェブシステムへ搭載

エビデンスと実际の诊疗との间に乖离があることをエビデンス-诊疗ギャップ（Evidence-Practice Gap：EPG）という。Overseas research on EPG is conducted in Japan, and local research groups are selected in Japan. The main reasons for the development of EPG are the important reasons for dentists 'personal health care system. This study aims to carry out international joint research on dentists at home and abroad. This international comparative study aims to clarify the development process of EPG in different countries, and to establish strategies for EPG improvement. This international comparative study was conducted in two rounds of questionnaire surveys conducted by researchers in the United States and the United States. The first chapter of the research is to discuss the EPG's vitality, the second chapter of the research is to discuss the EPG's improvement strategy.
