项目摘要

本研究は日本ナースヘルス研究（JNHS）の一部であり，看護職女性を調査対象としている．また疾患の発生については，医療機関への照会を予定していた．2020年度より新型コロナウィルス感染症の拡大を鑑み，対象者および医療機関の負担に配慮して研究を進めてきたが，2022年度は，中断していた医療機関への照会を再開した．2022年度は，エコール等の大豆イソフラボンを含むサプリメントの摂取状況についての論文を発表した．また学会発表ではあるが，「閉経後の生活習慣病発症に対する卵胞刺激ホルモン（FSH）の予測因子としての可能性」についてもまとめ，わが国の女性において初めて，閉経後の糖尿病発症におけるFSHの予測因子としての可能性を示した．しかし，使用したcut-off値は海外の研究を参考に定めた値であり，わが国の女性のためのcut-off値について検討する必要がある．今後，尿中FSH濃度の閉経後の疾患・病態発生の予測因子としての可能性について検討を継続し，論文化を目指す．また，閉経前子宮摘出例の閉経状態について，婦人科医の助言のもと「尿中イソフラボン濃度測定調査」参加者を対象に尿中女性ホルモン（E1，E2，FSH）濃度から確定を試みたが，BMIなどの影響も大きく，尿中エストロゲン濃度のみからの確定は困難であることが分かった．そのため，閉経前子宮摘出術既往女性における閉経年齢の代表値の推定を行うこととしていた．この準備として，予定通り「尿中イソフラボン濃度測定調査」参加者における尿中女性ホルモン（E1，E2，FSH）濃度の測定をすすめた．2023年度は，自然閉経例を比較対象とし，閉経前子宮摘出術既往女性における閉経年齢の代表値の推定を行う予定である．
