项目摘要

医療介護福祉分野で患者や利用者への不適切な対応や虐待を防止するため、援助職自身の感情マネジメントが求められている。本研究では、医療介護福祉職の怒り感情に着目した感情教育プログラムを構築・実施し、怒り、攻撃性などを指標として教育の効果を検証する。より効果的な教育モデルを構築するため、学習ニーズに応じたプログラム内容を検討するとともに、プログラムの実施形態として集合教育と小規模グループ学習、１回研修と反復学習による教育効果を比較検証する。これにより医療介護福祉職への効果的なメンタルヘルスケア教育を提案し、良好な精神状態で質の高いケアを提供できる環境づくりに貢献する。本研究は、先行する研究課題（17K12164）で実施した教育プログラムおよびその効果測定の調査を踏まえ、最終年度前年度申請によって引き継いだ研究課題である。先行課題では、講義とグループワークによる演習を組み合わせた教育プログラムを整備した。2020年度は、先行課題において収集したデータを分析し、研究プログラムの改訂のための課題を抽出した。2021年度は看護職に実施した教育プログラムの効果測定について論文を投稿し、2022年度に採択掲載された。先行研究から引き続きプログラムを実施したが、感染症拡大の影響により研修がオンラインになったり、時間や集団の規模が変更されたりと不安定であったため、教育プログラムの時間および規模のほかにオンラインによる実施を想定して柔軟な効果測定を検討し、参加者およびコントロール群の募集を行っている。
