本研究では2020年度までの研究課題をさらに発展させ、Meleisのトランジション理論の理論枠組みを用いて解明し、開発した中期キャリア看護師のトランジション状況自己評価尺度（TCSAS）の活用可能性を高めるために、中期キャリア看護師のトランジション状況介入プログラムを作成することを目的とする。2022年度は国内外のトランジション及び介入プログラム研究の精読と情報収集を行うように研究を進めた。第32回日本看護学教育学会においてキャリア支援のプログラム構築のためキャリア支援をする中で、対象者の「効力期待」と、「結果期待」を生み出すような支援方法を考えていくことがポイントとなるとの示唆を得た。第26回日本看護管理学会では中期キャリア看護師の時期を含む看獲管理者のキ ャリア発達について対象者の自発的 意思と「動機付け」「意味づけ」が重要であることが語られ、セカンドキャリア（定年後のキャリア）が中期キャリア期の延長上にあるキャリア形成という視点を新たに見出すことができた。第42回日本看護科学学会では、ライフイベントや中堅看護師としての役割負担による困難、キャリア中期看護師のキャリアコミットメントの関連から、これらキャリアの研究を踏まえ看護師の潜在化を防止する介入の方法について検討できた。第26回EAFONSでは、中期キャリアにおけるキャリアの停滞にどのように対処すべきか検討をしている点において、自身の研究に通じ、新たな視点でプログラムを構築し、介入に関する本 研究の一つの示唆を得たと考える。KH Coderを用いた計量テキスト分析（テキストマイニング）実践セミナーを受講し中期キャリア看護師の質的研究方法の一つとして内容分析や計量分析を行う上で研究のブラッシュアップが図れた。以上の情報収集から2023年度に介入研究の実践に向けて倫理審査の申請書を作成し提出予定である。

KH Coder uses quantitative analysis to carry out qualitative research on nursing in the medium term. Content analysis and quantitative analysis are used to carry out qualitative research.
