项目摘要

研究代表者が開発を行った看護診断「アドヒアランス不足」の　NANDA-Iが示す根拠レベルの2.3　看護師を対象としたコンセンサス研究の段階を行い、看護診断の根拠レベルの向上のための研究に取り組んだ。最初の段階でおこなった概念分析の結果が、アドヒアランスの概念の構造を十分に示していないことが判明したため、再分析する必要性が生じた。再度、概念分析のためのデータ収集を国内外のデータベスからの検索をおこない、再分析を行った。看護診断「アドヒアランス不足」の診断の焦点となる「アドヒアランス」の構造と機能および、アドヒアランスの定義の見直しが行われ、先行要件・属性・帰結を改めて明らかにした。今年度は、概念分析で明らかになった、概念の構成要素である概念に先立って生じる先行要件・概念を定義づける属性・概念が出現した結果としての帰結を、看護診断の定義・関連因子・診断指標をみなおす取り組みを行った。そのことで、申請時に開発した看護診断の定義の修正が行われ、診断指標・関連因子の再度見直しが行われた。そこから、NANDA-Iが示す根拠レベルの2.3　看護師を対象としたコンセンサス研究の方法論として提唱されているデルファイ法を実施するための質問紙の作成、研究計画書の作成などをおこない、臨床看護師を対象にしたコンセンサス研究（デルファイ法）を実施するための準備を行ったが、研究代表者の所属施設の異動があったため研究協力施設の再考の必要が生じた。次年度は、所属施設近隣の医療機関での研究協力施設の確保を行い、データを得て看護診断の定義・診断指標・関連因子の妥当性の検証を行っていく予定である。
