项目摘要

国内の看護学における漢方医学教育方法を検討するために、漢方医学に関する学会（日本東洋医学会、日本古病理学会、千葉看護学会、等）や医療スタッフ向けの医薬品メーカー主催のセミナー資料を収集した。国内の漢方医学教育関連の報告を選別して整理した。内容を閲覧して理解を深め、看護学生の教材として参考になる内容を習得した。研究分担者の授業科目において、臨地実習前の看護学生が関心をもち理解できる教育内容を検討して教材を作成した。「漢方医学の視点で看護の対象者を観察する」「漢方医学の視点で対象者の身体情報を収集する」「漢方医学の基本を理解する」ことを目的とする授業が展開できるように教材の内容を検討した。漢方医学用語は学生にとって非常に難解なため、授業はオンラインで実施し、新しい用語や単語の説明は何度も繰り返し視聴できるようにした。オンライン授業で自己学習をしてから演習課題に取り組み、実践に繋がる工夫を取り入れた。2023年度は、授業後に提出した課題の記述内容から、理解と教材の評価を行う。その結果から看護学における漢方医学教育方法の学生版を構築する予定である。さらに2020年度の臨床現場における看護師の漢方医学に関する学習状況の分析をもとに、現場の看護職向けの教育内容を検討する。国外の漢方医学教育状況の調査と臨床現場におけるデータ収集については文献検討に計画を変更した。
