本研究の目的は、「看護学生に高齢者、特に聴覚障害を有する高齢者とのコミュニケ―ションスキルを育成するための教育プログラム開発」である。そのために必要なVirtual Reality(VR)教材を開発し、プログラムを実施、教科することである。2022年度では、2021年度に実施した【プログラムの見直しと実施】と【教育プログラムの評価】の2点を目標とし、研究を進めてきた。研究実績を以下に示す。【教育プログラムの見直しと実施】①2020年度に実施した「難聴を有する高齢者とのコミュニケーションに関する現状調査」について分析し、得られた結果を第32回日本看護教育学学術集会で示説発表した。これは、優秀演題賞を受賞することができた。②昨年度、教育プログラムを実施した学生は、コロナ禍の影響で、臨地実習に行くことができず、教育プログラムの評価を実施することができなかったため、再度教育プログラムを実施する対象者を、WEBで募集した結果、28名に同意を得ることができ、実施することができた。③教育プログラムを5回実施した。【教育プログラムの評価】①教育プログラムを実施した対象者に対し、実施前後でアンケート調査を行い、分析中である。②教育プログラムを実施した対象者のうち、臨地実習で聴覚障害を有する高齢者とコミュニケーションをとった対象者をWEBで募った結果、3名が該当した。③該当者3名に対し、同意を得てインタビュー調査を行った。④インタビュー調査結果は分析中である。

The purpose of this study is to develop the educational development of nursing students with disabilities. The Virtual Reality(VR) teaching materials are developed, implemented and taught.
