项目摘要

2022年度は、2021年度に作成したHistorical Clinical Risk management-20（HCR-20）、医療観察法における共通評価項目（第3版）、Structured Assessment of PROtective Factors for violence risk（SAPROF）から構成される調査票を用いて、同じく2021年度に研究実施の承諾を得ていた計3施設で、本試験の前段階であるプレテストを開始した。計10名の訪問看護師、計76名の精神科訪問看護の利用者から研究参加の同意を得て、計12か月間の縦断調査を開始した。本報告書作成時点で、調査開始から7カ月を経過した段階にあり、調査開始時点の調査票、調査開始後3か月の調査票、調査開始後6か月の調査票の記載を順次依頼し、順調に調査票の回収ならびにデータ収集ができている。プレテストの実施状況をふまえて、本試験を開始した。こちらでは計5施設、計39名の訪問看護師、計83名の精神科訪問看護の利用者から研究参加の同意を得て、計12か月間の縦断調査を開始した。こちらについては、本報告書作成時点で、調査開始時点の調査票の記載を依頼している段階であり、訪問看護師から調査票記載時の質問（特にHCR-20やSAPROF、共通評価項目第3版の評価や記載方法に関する質問）等に対応している。調査票の記載が完了すれば、順次回収作業に移る予定である。
