本研究の目的は，1）産後２週間健康診査を受診できない母親を対象に遠隔システムを活用し，産後の身体・精神・育児についてのスクリーニングを行うためのプログラムを作成し，スクリーニングが可能か有効性を検証すること，2）EPDS高得点の母親については受診につなげること，またEPDS得点は問題ないが育児に不安のある母親に対しては育児相談を紹介し効果を検討し，産婦健康診査への遠隔指導システムを開発することとする。1）産後２週間産婦健康診査を受診できない母親を対象に遠隔システムを活用し， 産後の心身の健康状態・育児のスクリーニングプログラムの有効性を検証する。①産後の身体・精神的健康状態及び育児に関する産後質問紙を作成した。②産後２週間健康診査を受診できない母親を対象に，本研究の趣旨を説明し割り当てられたID番号とQRコード（産後質問紙）を示した用紙を渡し，産後2週間頃にQRコードを読み取り，アンケートフォーム（産後質問紙：26項目）にアクセスして，回答後送信された回答情報から，a要受診の母親（EPDS高得点），b要育児支援の母親（EPDS得点は問題ないが育児に問題がある），c経過観察の母親（EPDS得点・育児共に問題がない）の3群に分類する。そのためのサーバー管理と回答システムを作成した。④回答情報を考慮して，回答した母親に判定された結果毎に，要受診の母親 （EPDS高得点）には受診に向けての対応，要育児支援の母親には育児相談機関を紹介，問題がない母親には経過観察するようメールを送信する。2）EPDS高得点の母親については受診につなげ，またEPDS得点は問題ないが育児に不安のある母親に対しては育児相談を紹介し効果を検討する。3）産後の心身の健康状態・育児のスクリーニングを行った結果や改善点，産後２週間健診を受診できない母親への遠隔サポートシステムを検討する。
