研究代表者らは、親密なパートナーからの暴力被害者を発見するスクリーニング尺度「IPV被害者発見尺度」（Detection Scale for Intimate Partner Violence、以下、DS-IPVと略す）を開発した。本研究の目的は、DS-IPVの基準関連妥当性の検討、カットオフ値の設定、利用マニュアルの作成を行い、DS-IPVの実用化について検討することである。診療情報としてVAWS（女性に対する暴力スクリーニング尺度）をルーチンに活用している医療機関（A母子医療センター）の協力により、DS-IPVおよびVAWSを同時測定した1000件のデータを収集し、DS-IPVの基準関連妥当性の検討および暫定的なカットオフ値の設定を行った。本年度は、石川県K市の協力を得て、市部における潜在したIPV（親密なパートナーからの暴力）被害者の早期発見および被害者の適切な対応のためにDS-IPVを用いることが有効であるかの検討のための調査を実施した。調査期間は、2022年8月から2023年3月であった。調査は、沖縄大学研究倫理審査（人を対象とする研究）の承認を得て実施した。研究成果は、IPV被害者の健康保持や迅速で効果的な対応・対策に寄与する可能性が考えられる。また、相談・支援機関の作業負担の軽減が図られ、被害者にとっては、パートナーとの関係性が認識でき、安全で安心した生活環境について選択できる可能性が期待できる。さらに、この分野の教育、学術および社会貢献に繋がると考えられる。新型コロナ感染症の流行により対象施設等の業務増大などにより、調査は予定通りに進まず、4件の調査票が回収できた。回収されたデータが十分でなく成果発表には至らなかったが、継続的に被害者からのDS-IPV回収を進めてDS-IPVの実用化の検討を行う。結果の分析および精度の高い論文化を継続して進める。
