项目摘要

本研究の目的は、思春期から成人期への移行過程において、小児がん経験者が健康管理と社会生活を両立し自立に向かうことを支えるための親子双方への看護実践モデルを構築することである。2022年度は、小児がん拠点病院・小児がん連携病院に勤務する多職種（医師・看護師・心理士・ソーシャルワーカー等）を対象に、2021年度に行なった質問紙調査の結果を54th Congress of the International Society of Peadiatric Oncologyで2件の発表を行なった。この調査は、筆者らが先行研究で明らかにした「小児がん経験者が健康管理と社会生活を両立し自立に向かうプロセス」「小児がん経験者が健康管理と社会生活を両立し自立に向かうことを親が支えていくプロセス」のモデルの有用性（妥当性と活用可能）の検討を行うことを目的とした。108名から調査協力が得られ、両モデルは、多職種が関わった経験のある小児がん経験者およびその親に概ね適合性があること、限定的な活用可能性があること、提示方法の課題などが明らかとなった。また、上記モデルの有用性の検討に関する第２段階の調査として、質問紙調査の協力者の中から同意が得られた専門職を対象に、オンライン面接調査を実施した。その結果、具体的な活用可能性について示唆が得られた。今後は、上記学会発表済の結果と合わせて、投稿論文を作成予定である。

The purpose of this study is to construct a nursing practice for both parents and children during the transition from puberty to adulthood. In 2022, the 54th Congress of the International Society of Peadiatric Oncology conducted a survey on the results of a multi-occupational survey (physician, nurse, psychologist, etc.) This survey is aimed at exploring the usefulness (appropriateness and possibility of use) of "health management and social life for children" and "health management and social life for children" 108-member survey cooperation, multi-job relationship, small family relationship, suitability, limited utilization possibility, suggestion method, topic, etc. The second stage of the survey, which is related to the usefulness of the survey, is agreed upon by the collaborators of the survey. The result, the possibility of specific use, is shown in the table. In the future, the results of the exhibition will be published in the journal, and the papers will be published in advance.
