2021年度に実施した「連携型」ワンストップ支援センターの協力病院における性暴力被害者支援の実際と課題を把握するためにWEBアンケートによる実態調査研究の結果ともとに、医療者のスキルアップとして必要度が高い項目を基盤とした全2日間10時間程度で開催できる『成人女性への性暴力被害対応研修プログラム』を作成し、講師チームの決定および教材開発・検討を実施した。プログラム内容の特徴として法医学の視点を加え、問診の取り方、被害者の全身観察、傷等の記録の方法（写真の撮り方を含む）、証拠採取実施等、臨床で活用できる内容を組み込んだ。研究対象者の選定：便宜的に抽出した秋田県（2022年10月29日、30日）、徳島県（2022年12月3日、4日）、東京都（2023年3月4日、5日）、福島県（2023年3月20日、21日）の4カ所において開催した。参加者の条件は、ワンストップ支援センター協力病院のスタッフであることおよび研修2日間全て参加できるものとしたが、参加者人数の確保が困難だったため、「性暴力被害者支援に関連する立場にあるもの」とし、協力病院スタッフ、ワンストップ支援センター支援員等とした。各開催エリアのワンストップ支援センターおよび協力病院に参加申し込み用QRコード付きの研修開催チラシの配布を合計653施設に送付した。研修参加者には1）研修開始前アンケート2）研修受講後アンケート3）研修修了時の確認テスト4）受講後3か月のトランスファー評価アンケート5）受講後6か月のビジネス・リザルト評価アンケート調査の回答を依頼した。本研究は所属大学の倫理審査委員会の承認を得て実施した。結果、合計31名の参加者があった。参加者のうち、性暴力被害者支援経験がありは60％であり、医療職が60％、支援員20％、その他20％であった。プログラム全体の評価は96％が良いと回答した。
