项目摘要

本研究の目的は、横須賀市にあるＡ病院が在宅医療連携拠点となっている西南ブロックに所属する病院・クリニック・訪問看護ステーション・高齢者介護施設・グループホームなど地域における保健医療福祉施設の感染防止のシステムを構築することである。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　2020年1月にCOVID-19が発生し、その後パンデミックとなり、本研究が開始予定であった4月以降、本邦においても大流行となった。その結果、本研究を進めるにあたっての調整は、A病院にて開催されている西南ブロックにおける在宅医療連携会議への参加を検討させていただくことに留まった。そのため本研究の一部として本邦の感染症看護専門看護師（CNS）や感染管理認定看護師（CN）など感染看護に専門に携わる看護師の地域における活動やシステムの実際について文献レビューを実施し、知見を得た。2021年度は会議への参加についての了承は得られたもののCOVID-19の感染拡大にて会議がほとんど開催されなかった。また、各施設において感染対策の優先度が高く研究に関する打診をすることもできなかった。そのため2020年度に行った文献レビューを学会発表及び学術誌に投稿し、アクセプトされた。2022年度は、夏から秋にかけてCOVID-19感染者数の急増(第7波・第８波）により会議が未開催のため感染者数が落ち着いた2023年1月～3月にかけて西南ブロックに所属する病院・クリニック・訪問看護ステーション・高齢者介護施設・グループホームなど各施設に研究の可能性に関して打診を行った。その結果、高齢者介護施設、訪問看護ステーション各2施設において研究協力の内諾を得ることができた。

The purpose of this study is to construct A system for infection prevention in Yokosuka City Hospital A, a hospital affiliated to Yokosuka City, and a health care facility in Yokosuka City. COVID-19 started in January 2020, and this study was scheduled to begin in April and fall in the country. The results of this study are summarized in the following paragraphs: Part of this study was conducted to investigate the clinical practice and knowledge of infectious disease nurses (CNS) and infection management certified nurses (CN) in the country. The 2021 Annual Meeting was held in Beijing. The priority of infection control strategy in each facility is high. The 2020 Annual Report of the Chinese Academy of Sciences In 2022, the number of COVID-19 infected persons increased rapidly from summer to autumn (the 7th wave and the 8th wave), and the number of infected persons who did not open the conference decreased from January to March 2023. The number of infected persons who visited the affiliated hospitals of Southwest China was increased from January to March 2023. The number of patients who visited the nursing facilities was increased from January to March 2023. The number of patients who were infected with COVID-19 was increased from January to March 2023. The results of the study, high-level nursing facilities, and visiting nursing facilities were all conducted in two facilities.
