项目摘要

【フィールドワークに基づくアクションリサーチ計画】現在、島嶼部にて保健師として従事しながら、NPO団体へき地保健師協会の副理事として活動している。アクションリサーチ研究の礎とするべく、フィールドノートの作成を行いながら自らの実践をリフレクションするとともに、島嶼における看護実践モデルの概念仮説の精緻化のための基礎資料を作成している。現在は、創造的な看護実践の実現においては「島嶼内外を越境する複層的なコミュニティの形成」が急務と考え、オンラインツールを用いたコミュニティづくりを構想している（現在は、関連文献及び参考事例を収集・分析中）。特に「市民創発」の概念を手がかりとし、住民参加も含めた多様な関係性を越境する特質を内包したシステムづくりの重要性を認識し、試作を進めている。【住民介入モデルの開発】住民を対象とした介入モデル開発の一環として、生活習慣病予防の介入ツールの検討に向けた研究を実施した。心血管リスク検査機器の脈波伝播速度(baPWV)を測定した健診受診者の受診データを分析対象に、心血管リスクにおけるbaPWVの年齢・性別毎のcut-off値を算出した。　本研究において提案された日本人一般集団を対象とした年齢・性別毎にみたbaPWVのカットオフ値は、健診などによる中等度リスク群以上の把握に有益であり、特に40歳代をはじめとする若年層ではbaPWV1,400 cm/s以下であっても何らかの予防的介入が必要となることが明らかとなった。これは各年代あるいは性差を踏まえた早期での介入を可能にする新たなスキームの提案であり、日常の臨床場面や保健指導上における介入ツールとして貢献する点で医学的意義が高いと考えられる。
