本研究では、地域在住の歩行の自立した高齢者17名（女性：13名（76％）、年齢：76.1±6.6歳）を対象に、認知課題を付加した歩行（二重課題歩行）中の下肢の主要筋の筋活動を計測し、歩行中の姿勢および下肢の協調的な活動（筋シナジーによる検証）の変化について検討を行った。歩行路には、加速と減速のために前後に２メートルを加えた19メートルの廊下を利用した（解析対象は15メートル）。歩行条件は6条件とし、普通歩行、ゆっくり歩行、普通歩行、二重課題歩行（課題：100からの逆唱）、二重課題歩行（課題：100から連続した3の引き算）順で行った。歩行中の姿勢の評価のために、本研究では、小型3軸加速度センサを体幹下部（腰椎第3棘突起部）に取り付けて歩行中の体幹の振動を計測した。得られた加速度波形に波形解析を加え、歩行の特徴（例：自己相関係数）を抽出し、姿勢評価を行った。下肢の筋電活動は、歩行の主動作筋群8筋を選択し、無線筋電センサを用いて計測した。得られた筋電波形に対して非負値行列因数分解を行い、歩行における筋モジュール数を求めた。本研究の結果、二重課題歩行において、歩行速度は有意に低下し、更に体幹の加速度波形の規則性が低下した。また、ストライド時間の変動は顕著に大きくなった。一方、下肢の協調的な活動の変化は、認知課題負荷における定型的変化は観察されなかったが、歩行速度に依存してモジュール数が変化する傾向が見られた。この結果より、認知課題は歩行速度変化を介して姿勢を不安定にしている可能性が示唆された。また、二重課題による歩容変化の一部は、認知課題による下肢の協調活動の低下に起因している可能性が示唆された。しかし、本研究においては、体幹の加速度信号と下肢の筋電波形信号を同時に解析していないため、その潜在的な関係性については、更なる検討が必要であると考えられた。

In this study, it is necessary to analyze the acceleration signal of the trunk and the electric waveform signal of the tendon of the lower limb simultaneously, and to discuss the potential relationship between them.
