项目摘要

本研究の目的は、多くの発達障害児にみられる運動の不器用さと、脳における自己の身体情報である自己身体像との関係性を明らかにすることを目的としている。多くの発達障害児では，認知・精神機能の障害とともに，運動の不器用さが認められる. この運動の不器用さは，幅広い身体機能で認められることからも，脳内の自己身体モデルに問題があることが示唆されてきた．しかし，この運動の不器用さは不明な点が多く，さらに，他の症状に与える影響も明らかではない．申請者は，この自己身体モデルの定量的評価の研究をおこない，身体特異性注意という潜在的に身体に向けられる注意が自己身体モデルを反映していることを見出した．そこで，発達障害児において，身体特異性注意と運動の不器用さや他の障害との関連性を調べ，発達障害における脳内身体モデルの果たす役割を明らかにすることを目的とする．本年度は、昨年度に引き続き脳卒中後の運動麻痺患者や幻肢痛を有する四肢切断患者という成人において開発を行ってきた身体特異性注意の計測手法を、発達・知的障害を有する小児においても実施が可能とする改良を行うことを目的とした。発達・知的障害児の計測時に見られる困難な点は、①実験中の姿勢の維持が困難点と注意の易転導性が見られる点であり、これら２つの点が身体特異性注意の計測において非常に大きな制限となっている。成人の片麻痺患者や四肢切断患者において、一側上肢を眼前の机上に置き、視覚情報を遮断するために手を置いている机の上に遮蔽板を置き、その遮蔽板の上に天井からつるされたプロジェクターより視覚刺激を投射した。しかし、この方法では、発達・知的障害児の多くはそのような姿勢を維持することが困難であることから、課題を変更し一般にnearby-hand効果を計測する実験方法に変更した。また、②に対しては用いる視覚刺激をアニメのキャラクターを用いるなどの工夫を行った。
