项目摘要

わが国の急速な高齢化の進行に伴い、内臓系、筋・骨格系への寝たきり予防対策だけではなく、認知症に対する施策が急務とされる現状を踏まえ、大学病院、自治体、地域が連携して実施する「脳・心・体に調和する認知症予防プログラム」の開発は、他の地域の産官学連携の介護予防プログラム開発にも応用可能で発展性のある研究であると考えられる。研究代表者が開発した音楽運動療法プログラムは、血管性認知症を患う人、成人発達障害患者、うつ病患者、虚弱高齢者などに実施した研究結果から、音楽を使って喉や体を動かし健康を保つこと、音楽を聴いてリフレッシュすること、地域住民が集い社会性を維持することは、脳、心、体の健康維持に欠かせないことが示唆された。我々は、高齢者が住み慣れた地域において心身や脳の健康をも維持しながら安心していきいきと暮らしていくために、大学病院、自治体、地域が連携して活用し、かつ相互に協力し助け合えるサポートプログラムの開発を目標としている。本研究の目的は、地域と病院とで運営する「認知症予防カフェ」の役割に着目し、気軽に立ち寄れるカフェでの視聴覚教材を起用した音楽体操（音楽運動療法プログラムGEMTOM）の短期および長期実施後における認知症予防効果や家族の介護負担軽減効果を、患者本人と介護家族への主観的・客観的調査を基に認知症患者と家族の支援の在り方を検討し評価することである。covid-19感染により2年間認知症予防カフェは開催できなかったが、カフェ開催に不可欠な地域リーダーの育成を目指して、音楽や運動の認知症予防効果についての理論学習と音楽や体操の用い方についてのセミナーを立ち上げ、啓発活動を実施した。また、基礎データとなる健常者のデータを分析した結果、単に音楽を聴取することよりも、音楽と共に体を動かすことは「大変心地良い」という参加者の主観的感想と、それを反映する客観的データが得られた。
