项目摘要

本研究では，審判員の心理面強化ならびにストレス対策を図るために、審判員特有の心理診断システムを構築し、その効果を検証することを目的としている。具体的には、審判員の心理面に焦点を当てた国内外の文献的研究を行い（研究１）、質問紙調査および面接調査を実施することによりフィードバックシートを作成する（研究２）。次に、審判員用のメンタルトレーニング教材を作成し、心理診断システムを開発する（研究３）。最後に、開発された心理診断システムを評価する（研究4）ことであった。2022年度は研究3を中心に実施した。まず、審判員用のメンタルトレーニング用教材を作成するための資料として、心理的スキルを改善するための方略について自由記述調査を行った。対象者はチーム競技の審判インストラクター9名であり、いずれも当該種目の競技団体における上級の審判資格を過去に所持していた。調査は、審判員の心理的スキルについて普段活用している高め方や改善方法、工夫について自由記述で回答してもらった。その結果、「自己コントロール」「表出力」「意欲」「自信」「コミュニケーション」「集中力」のそれぞれの項目を改善する方略を確認することができた。また、ラグビーの国際審判員を対象として、普段実践している心理的スキルの増強方法についてインタビュー調査を行った。その結果、「結果の受け止め」「レフェリー時の表情・姿勢・態度」「レフェリー時のイメージ」「選手との心理的な距離」「ゲーム前の審判員間のコミュニケーション」が具体的な実践方法として確認された。これらの研究成果は国内学会で報告を行った。得られた結果をもとに、審判員用のメンタルトレーニング教材を作成し、審判員の心理的スキル改善に必要な心理診断システムを提案していく予定である。
