项目摘要

本研究では、①女性アスリートの月経に対するアントラージュの関与の実態、②女性アスリートにおける月経教育がもたらす意識・行動の変化、③女性トップアスリートにおける月経教育がもたらす意識・行動の変化について検討する。本研究では、「女性アスリートのアントラージュにはアスリートの健康・月経教育が必要である」、「女性アスリートは、月経が身体に及ぼす影響や月経への正しい対処について、継続的かつ系統的な月経教育を受けることで月経への意識や行動が変化する」、「月経への意識や行動の変化は競技レベルにより異なる」という仮説の立証を目的とする。本年度は、昨年度末より着手した研究の実施を継続し、対象者数を増やすための検討および実施の調整を進めた。しかしながら、引き続き、新型コロナウイルス感染症拡大の影響を受けたことにより、感染者や濃厚接触者出現による対象者の所属全体の活動停止等があり、研究活動の推進が遅延した。時期や状況を鑑み、出来る限りの活動を推進し、今年度はデータの収集および検討に留まった。現在、データの分析等に着手しているところであるが、対象者の指導者からは、対象者が本研究における月経教育を受けたことから、それぞれ自身の体調管理等に向き合う姿勢がみられるようになったとコメントを受けた。このことからも、月経教育がもたらす意識および行動のポジティブな変化について、今後一層可能性を探る検討を進めたいと考えている。
