项目摘要

膨大な情報がある中で迅速な意思決定が求められる現代社会では、意思決定の効果的な支援手法が求められている。意思決定に関する従来研究では、意思決定の主体は明確な目標や判断基準を持っており、その目標や判断基準に従って合理的な意思決定がなされることを前提としてきた。しかしながら実際の意思決定では、状況や文脈によって判断基準が動的に変化することも多く、人は自らの感性に基づいて意思決定することが求められる。申請者は、意思決定プロセスの感性的な側面に着目し、そのモデル化手法を提案してきた。本研究では、感性的な意思決定プロセスの構造をモデル化した上でさらに、数理的なモデル化に向けた指標を抽出して定量的に評価する。具体的には、決定木を用いて感性的な意思決定プロセスを表現し、意思決定者の感性を反映した色々な決定木の構造を比較することで、構造の違いを生む要素を抽出し定量的に評価する。本年度は研究の3年目にあたり、昨年度までに収集した意思決定プロセス事例について、判断基準に基づく選択の順序を決定木のパスと考えて、意思決定プロセスを決定木として表現するという設定を試みた。得られる決定木は人によって違い、また条件によっても変わる。つまり決定木は「ある人が、ある条件である意思決定をおこなった場合の感性」を表すモデルである。人が同一商品を色々な条件で選んだ場合の決定木を属性の順番が重要でない場合はまとめると木を一つにマージすることができる。マージされた決定木は、その商品に対する個々人の感性の違いを反映していると推定される。得られた決定木によって、人によって異なる感性の違いを視覚的に把握し、さらに個々人のモデルの差異を反映する特徴量について検討した。研究は順調に進捗したが、コロナ禍により出張予定の変更などがあり、研究期間を延長した。来年度は主として研究成果の公表に取り組む予定である。
