项目摘要

2022年度には、第１に、スタジアム・アリーナの新設および運営のあり方に関する理論分析を行うことを計画していたが、日本経済政策学会第79回全国大会において「スタジアム・アリーナ整備事業に関する理論分析―政治過程を考慮したシグナリング・モデル―」を、The 21st International Conference of the Japan Economic Policy Associationにおいて「Stadium-Arena Reform Projects and Political Process - A Signaling Theory　Approach-」を報告した。また、2022年度には、第２に、スタジアム・アリーナの新設・建替と運営に関する産業連関分析や費用便益分析等の実証分析、および、2022年度のスタジアム・アリーナの新設・建替と運営に関する理論分析に基づき、スタジアム・アリーナ改革を通じた地域活性化の是非や最適な公民連携のあり方に対する政策提言を行うことを計画していたが、2002FIFA日韓ワールドカップ時に新設または改修された11のスタジアムが存在する市を処置群、この期間にスタジアムが建設されなかった人口30万人以上の70の市区を比較群として固定効果モデルを用いて差分の差分析を行った。そして、この実証分析に基づき、今後のスタジアム整備のあり方に関する政策提言を行った。

The construction period of this project is more than 300,000 people, and the urban area is more than 70 people. The policy proposal for future development of the company was carried out on the basis of the analysis of the relevant evidence.
