「寝たきり患者が車椅子シーティングを活用するための看護援助方法の検証」に向けて、ベッド上と車椅子上での看護援助中の作業負担の計測方法について、検討を重ねた。作業負担は、看護援助時の体幹の前屈、側屈、捻転の姿勢を抽出し、国際標準(ISO11226)基準を参考に、それら基準角度を越えた持続時間と全作業中の時間角度積分を測定し、評価することとした。また、官能評価によるアンケートも実施する。それら姿勢を測定するセンサーは、軽量で、看護援助に影響しにくいジャイロセンサーを用いたが、方位測定の精度でセンサーの選択に時間がかかった。今年度、センサーを決定、看護負担計測システムを開発し、プレテストを実施、計測機器・プロトコールの微調整を行った。調査対象者が勤務する療養病棟は、新型コロナウイルス感染症の発生が続いたが、３月に２回、実験を実施することができた。実験は、看護師6名に対して、代表的な看護動作4項目（気管切開、経管栄養、洗髪、足浴）を標準化した動作について、ベッド上と標準型車椅子上で実施した。より動作が大きい足浴などでセンサー精度や装着のずれが起こったが、ほとんどの看護動作を測定することができた。また、車椅子上よりベッド上の負担が大きい項目があること、また、本計測システムがベッド上看護でも、更に負担の少ない方法の提案などが可能であることがわかった。現在、計測データを分析中で、関連の学術集会での発表、論文の作成に向けて準備中である。
