项目摘要

本研究課題は、使役に関わる日独語の諸構文の対照研究により、言語間に通底する態の交替現象の原理を明らかにすることを目的とする。研究実施期間を通して、ドイツ語の使役・反使役動詞に見られる対象（モノ）の存在論に関わる意味対立―「存在の消滅」対「存在の持続」―が日本語のどのような変化動詞で認められるのかを検証し、さらに、語彙的意味が使役をめぐる諸構文の意味解釈、とりわけ構文の副次的意味の創発においてどのように作用するのかを究明する。補助事業の目的をより精緻に達成するための研究（学会発表ならびに論文投稿）を実施するため、補助事業期間の延長を行った。2022年度には、ドイツ語の使役・反使役動詞に関する経験的データの収集と分析を行った。調査結果は、2023年度に学会発表のかたちで公にする予定である。また、広義の態の交替現象であるドイツ語の自由与格に関して、学会発表（共同発表）を行った。具体的には、自由与格構文で一定の条件下で可能となる「意図せぬ惹起」解釈について、状態変化動詞および移動動詞を例とし、大規模コーパスから得られた事例に基づきその解釈のメカニズムを論じた。本学会発表をもとに共著論文を執筆し、学術誌への投稿を行った。論文は現在査読を受けている段階である。論文が採択されれば、2023年度中の刊行が見込まれる。さらに、ドイツ語の経験的データの分析と並行して、日本語の変化動詞に関する文献調査ならびにデータの検証を行った。研究の成果は、独日語の構文対照というテーマで論文のかたちに結実させ、2023年度中に学術誌への投稿を行う予定である。
