项目摘要

本研究は、文章産出課題と視線計測を用いながら、言語が認知プロセスに影響を与えるメカニズム及び、認知が言語に与えるメカニズムの解明を目的とする。その方法として、3，5歳のこどもを対象に、短い出来事を描いた絵を見たとき、どこに注目してどのようにそれを表現するのかを調査する。2022年度はロナ感染対策を行いながら、現在所属するラボのプロジェクトの調査が複数行われており、自身が予定していた調査を実施するのは困難であった。そのため本年度ではこれまで取得したデータを見直し、行為者・被行為者に注意を向けているか、またその際どのような動詞を用いて説明しているのかについて別の視点で現在解析中である。また、別のプロジェクトの課題ではあるものの、アイトラッカーとソフトウェアを用いて、実際に母親の発話と乳児の視線計測を行う調査を実施した。本年度はより効率的に質の良い視線や発話を得るため視線計測や解析の手法を学び、また発話に対してどのようにコーディングを行うか準備を進めた。この調査でもどこに“注意”をむけるのかということに着目している点で共通点があり、自身の調査でも応用し実験計画を見直した。2023年ラボで自身が調査を実施した研究で、感情を表出している人物たちが簡単な動作を行っている絵を用いて、乳児と母親の発話をみる内容のものがあったため、残り少ない期間で自身の調査を行うに当たり、こちらで得たデータをふまえ、コーディング方法を取り入れながら、幼児に対して同じ手法で実験を行い、解析していくことも検討している。
