项目摘要

昨年度（2022年度）は、中国への渡航がコロナ禍の影響により依然として困難であったため、2021年度と同じくオンラインによるインタビュー調査を中心に実施した。2021年度の先代経営者へのインタビュー調査結果を参考にしながら、次世代経営者を対象に【1】事業を承継するプロセス　【2】先代経営者の経営資源を如何に活用しているのか【3】先代経営者の無形資産（経営理念や企業文化など）についてどのように承継していくつもりなのかといった質問を中心に調査を行なった。なお、調査計画書にある【４】次世代経営者が自ら作った経営資源及び各種社会ネットワークについて作り上げたプロセスや活用方法など、【5】次世代経営者の取り組んでいる経営革新や経営活動などについては、現地のロックダウンの影響等でオンラインによる調査の実施が大幅に遅れており、まだ言及していない状態である。今年の２月頃から中国への入国が緩和されたことを端緒として、フィールドワークの実行に向けた準備を進め調査対象企業の経営者とのアポイントメントを取りつけた。本格的な対面調査を今年の６月に実行することになり、対面調査でこれまでのオンラインによるインタビュー調査の結果を再確認した上で、調査計画書の遅れている部分を完成し研究成果の発表を行う計画である。

In February of this year, China's entry into the country was relaxed and preparations for the implementation of the project were made. The results of the survey conducted in June of this year have been reconfirmed, and the preparation of the survey plan has been completed.
