项目摘要

2022年度の主たる研究実績は以下の2点に整理される。①ラディカルな組織変革における文献レビューの完遂2021年度に引き続き、計画的変革、創発的変革を統合したラディカルな組織変革の研究に関する文献レビューを遂行した。計画的変革、創発的変革はそれぞれの領域で研究が蓄積されてきたが、両者を統合する視点の一つにパラドックスの概念が挙げられることに着目した。そして、パラドックスを踏まえたラディカルな組織変革の研究の特徴を提示したうえで、ラディカルな組織変革における研究の発展過程を整理した。一連の文献レビューの成果は「ラディカルな組織変革における研究の発展過程」（『組織論レビューⅣ：マクロ組織と環境のダイナミクス』、白桃書房）として公刊された。②テキストマイニングを用いた組織変革と経営環境の関係に関する検討2021年度に引き続き、組織変革と経営環境の関係について、テキストマイニングを用いた研究を遂行している。ラディカルな組織変革はトップマネジメントによる経営環境の認識が先行要因の一つとされている。この点は計画的変革で議論されているため、経営環境の認識の違いで創発的変革との関連づけの可能性を模索することに端を発した研究である。本研究では、企業経営のあり方を大きく変えた新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響における経営環境に着目した。2020年期、2021年期のキャッシュフローの数値による組織のライフサイクルの分類(Dickinson, 2011)にしたがい、成長期から成熟期へ移行した企業、および成熟期から成長期に移行した企業を対象とした。その結果、成熟期から成長期へ移行した企業のほうが成長期から成熟期へ移行した企業と比較して、多様な経営環境を認識している点などが明らかになった。この研究成果は本年度の学会にて報告を行い、学会でのフィードバックを踏まえて論文として公刊された。
