项目摘要

2021年度はコロナ禍の影響が続き、リサーチサイトとして予定していた各地のオープンファクトリーイベントが延期・中止になったりしたが、想定外の進化を遂げて産地の新たな知識創造を観察することができた。このため当初計画よりも研究の進捗は遅れた。そうした2021年度の大きな遅れの影響を受けた2022年度はリサーチサイトにおいてコロナ禍との共存の方法論が確立されたり、コロナ禍の影響が減少するなどしていた。そうした状況下においても、新たにオープンファクトリーを開始した神戸市などの取り組みについて追加リサーチサイトとして調査を実施した。また、経年で観察してデータを取得している京都府の「DESIGN WEEK KYOTO」、大阪府の「FactorISM」、「みせるばやお」、福井県の「RENEW」、新潟県の「工場の祭典」といったオープンファクトリーイベントがどのように産地として取り組まれ、コロナ禍も踏まえた進化をしてきたのかを観察できた。また、そうした調査結果による知見をいかして、経済産業省近畿経済産業局による調査事業の研究会に招聘され委員（座長）としてオープンファクトリーイベントの今後のあり方や来る2025年の万博との連携や方向性について近畿地方各地の産地でオープンファクトリーを手掛ける主催者の皆さんと議論した。これらの研究活動で得たデータによって、産地のイノベーション創出プロセスと行政支援の関係性について大阪府の「FactorISM」の事例分析を日本地域政策学会第21回全国研究大会において発表した。また、大阪市の「大正・港オープンファクトリー」をけん引し、大正区のものづくり産地にDXをもたらしている企業の変革プロセスについて日本企業経営学会第20回全国大会にて発表した。
