令和４年度は、主に３点において研究を進めた。まずは、令和３年度に発表した保護受託者制度（職親制度）に関する論文を投稿し、日本社会福祉学会『社会福祉学』とISCHEの学会誌である　『Paedagogica Historica』に掲載されるに至った。日本社会福祉学会の研究については保護受託者の個別の実践に焦点を当てた内容で、Paedagogica Hisoricaでは、制度の紹介と歴史的変遷を主として記した。日本の児童福祉の歴史に関する英語文献は少なく、国際的な寄与ができたと考えている。２つ目に、「課題B-2里親や里親会による自立支援の意識化と里親養育の変化」に関して、本年度も引き続き、里親関係者と参与観察先の自立援助ホームにおいて「子ども支援者のためのリフレクションチャート」の送付を行い、リフレクションチャートをプレ実施していただくとともに、リフレクションチャートの内容の改善を行った。サンプル数が少なく効果を検証するところまでは至らなかったが、自立支援の省察に役立つというご意見を頂くことができた。今後、里親会のサロンなどで複数の方に集まっていただき、本格的に実施したいと考えている。３つ目として、1960年代からアフターケアに取り組んできた自立援助ホームにおいて、史料収集を進めた。この中で、里親や保護受託者との関係性に関する内容も含まれる資料を閲覧することができた。そして、韓国社会福祉歴史学会にて、日本の自立援助ホームの歴史的役割と今日的課題について報告を行った。韓国の研究者と話す中で、日本におけるアフターケア実践の先駆性と、民間有志の下からの働きかけが重要であったことが改めて確認できた。今後は、自立援助ホームなどの施設と、里親との連携にも目を向けて研究を進めていきたい。
