项目摘要

本研究の課題は次の3点から構成される。すなわち、①学校の働き方改革に関する政策動向の論点整理、②ライフヒストリー研究における分析枠組の確立、③いかに休職／離職は語られるのか：（元）教師たちのライフヒストリー研究、である。2022年度も過去2年間に引き続き、研究計画に示した内容に沿って、上記3つの点からそれぞれ研究を進めてきた。①については、学校の働き方改革に関する中央教育審議会答申等の資料を整理し、そこでの議論をめぐる論点を検討した。近年学校の働きをめぐる視点が、時間の短縮、スリム化や明確化、といったものに収斂していることが明らかとなった。②については、教師のライフヒストリーやそれを表象する教師の〈語り〉を解釈・理解するための方法論的検討を国内に限らず、海外の文献なども参照しながら行った。この取組の成果に関する一部を日本特別活動学会における課題研究、および教育社会学会で報告した。③については、インタビューの実施を本格的に開始するとともに、これまでの3年間の成果を日本教育学会で報告した。今年度も引き続き、インタビュー調査と並行して進めていくとともに、ここまでの成果を論文としてまとめる作業を集中的に行っていく。2022年度も、これまでに続き、研究計画を構成していた段階では予期できない事態が起こっていたものの、柔軟に対応をすることで、研究計画に関する内容については概ね遂行することができたといえる。
